Parker Baird

Parker is the Vice President of Acquisitions at Titan. Parker oversees the acquisition team and business development efforts. He has worked as a landman since 2018 on projects that include title, leasing and purchasing mineral and royalties. Since 2020 Parker has solely focused on mineral acquisitions, aggregating for other privately held companies before joining Titan in 2024.

Parker is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Media and Communication.

Parker splits time between Fort Worth and Wichita Falls where he lives with his wife, Carli, and their 4-pound dog, Evy. When he's not in the office, you can find him watching football, hanging out in the pool, or looking for a new place to travel to.
