Blake Matheus

Blake is the President of Titan. Blake formed the company in early 2020 to fill a need he saw in the market for minerals and royalties. Prior to forming Titan, Blake was a member of Fortress Energy Partners in Midland, Texas where they deployed multiple investment vehicles. Blake began his career in commercial real estate with Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE which taught him the importance of client centric transactions.

Blake is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Entrepreneurship where he developed an entrepreneurial spirit that fuels his drive and ambition today.

Blake lives in Fort Worth with his wife, Madeline and two children, Maxwell and Margaret. When he’s not busy working deals, he enjoys spending time with his family.
